Your cooking looks amazing. And it’s only recently that I tasted pesto on a chicken and cucumber and salad sandwich and I loved the pesto on the butty. So I’m all for pesto and I love to cook, mainly curry but other things to. But anyway, I’m totally going to try making this as I love Italian food. It’s usually spaghetti Bolognese I make when making Italian food that the only Italian food I’ve made. But I can’t wait to try making this. So can I ask if I’m just making the pesto without the pasta and fish, do I still add cream to it? As I noticed you put cream in the dish.
