  1. ⭐️Recipe details Suji Masala Roti ⭐️

    👉🏼 Ingredients –
    1. Rava/Suji 3/4 cup
    2. ⁠Hot water 3/4 cup
    3. ⁠Boiled potatoes 2 medium
    4. ⁠Whole wheat flour 1 and 1/2 cup
    5. ⁠Salt to taste
    6. ⁠Red chilli powder 1 tsp
    7. ⁠Turneric powder 1/2 tsp
    8. ⁠Ajwain/carom seeds 1 tsp
    9. ⁠Jeera/Cumin seeds 1 tsp
    10. ⁠Pinch of Heeng
    11. ⁠Kasuri methi 1 tsp
    12. ⁠Handful of Coriander leaves
    13. ⁠Oil 1 tsp

    👉🏼 Method-
    1. In a large bowl take 3/4 cup of suji and add the same amount of hot water over it .
    2. ⁠Mix and rest for 5-6 mins until the suji fluffs up.
    3. ⁠Then add the remaining ingredients and knead the dough. (No more water is required).
    4. ⁠Once the dough is prepared rest it for 5-6 mins and then make rotis as usual from this dough.
    5. ⁠Your soft rotis are ready to be served.

  2. I prepared it with the same measurements. It was nice when I made it with freshly prepared dough. However, I put the leftover dough in the fridge the next day. I couldn't even ply it, no matter how much flour I put in. I ended up taking a cookie sheet and putting it directly on the tawa.! Is there any better solution?
