Here is the detailed recipe of Gajar Rabdi

*RECIPE*
1. Take half kg gratted red carrot.
2. In a pan add 2 tbsp of ghee.
3. Roast the dry fruits.
4. Add the grated carrots and roast for 5 minutes.
5. Add 1L of full cream milk and cook for 5 minutes.
6. Soaked the rice for half hour and blend.
7. Add the blended rice and cook for 15 minutes in low flame until it become thick.
8. Add 1 tbsp of elaichi powder along with half bowl of sugar.
9. Cook for 5 minutes.
10. Garnish it with dry fruits and enjoy
