I'm not sure about keeping the noodles from clumping up using a wooden spoon, but I do know that a wooden spoon over your boiling pots and pans will stop them from boiling over. as far as keeping noodles from sticking, I've learned you always wait until the water is boiling before putting your pasta in and add just a slash of whatever oil you use and stir frequently and no clumpy noodles. Hope this helps. Are you aware of the noodle rule? If you take a piece and slap it against the wall, if it sticks, it's done, if it falls to the floor it isn't.

Looks so good. The wooden spoon is far to lay across pot of noodles to keep it from boiling over and if u put avocado oil in water before it boils & noodles wont stick together or u can use any kind of oil in water and rinse with cold water too. Great videos.
