This looks great. I can't wait to give it a try. Aaron do you know of a dish called "house fried rice"? This is something my brother orders all the time. It has rice, beef, chicken, shrimp, and egg. There are no peas or carrots. He gets it " Japanese Style" which adds broccoli. He also has them add bean sprouts. If you know of this dish or a version of it I would love to learn to make it. Thank you.❤

I've made fried rice using different kinds of meats: bacon, beef, chicken, & Chinese BBQ pork – char siu.
I like the sauce mixture you used which brings it up a notch.😊
