VEGAN TOFU SKEWERS | EASY BBQ KEBABS
For years being the vegan at the bbq was a tough gig for anyone during the summer months. But now that time has changed!! These tofu skewers are flavour bombs and we couldn’t recommend trying them more. We plan on having these so many time over summer and hope you get as much joy out of them as we do.

I made these today and it was a success. Used button mushrooms as oyster mushrooms don't exist in my area. Will definitely make them again.

That looks delicious and I'm not even vegan. But I think double grilling the tofu and mushrooms only made them burnt in the end while the onion on top was still raw. I would use more onion&veggies and grill everything at once 😍
