    • Venison rack

    𝙄𝙣𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙪𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨:
    • Add protein to freezer bag then add in marinade. Seek and set in the fridge for 1hr
    • Fire up your grill for indirect cooking. Adding hickory wood chunks for smoke at 300F.
    • Remove protein from marinade, pat dry then season.
    • Place protein on cold side of the grill and close the lid. When protein reaches an internal temperature of around 125F place over coals to get a nice sear. Keep flipping until internal temperature reaches 135F.
    • When done remove and let rest for 20min before slicing.
