Too much sugar
200 celsius?
I was skeptical but it worked. I even measured the temp to make sure it was cooked all the way and it was. I am avoiding surgar, and it tasted great without the sauce.
I use only sea-salt and it is perfectly fine. No need for seasoning, much less sugar.
