  1. Hi mam. I have very recently started to follow your thyroid diet plan. In that video you advised to have smoothie in lunch. The problem is i am a teacher and i will not be able to make a smoothie in the afternoon. Can I make it in the morning and have it during lunch? If not then what can be done as an alternative? I would be much obliged if you solve my query.
