Amazing footage. Tremendously enjoyed the behind the scenes peak at soo many well known bbq establishments "gettin it done." in order to make an event of this size such a success.. It gives us "regular folk" a better appreciation of all the super hard work you all do. Thanks for posting!
Just catching up – great vid man. Looked like a blast
You deserve sooooo many more subscribers.
Any NYC Food festival in the future?
It's BEEN A while….. keep the content coming.
I was there Thursday and wanted to say hey but couldn’t get your attention. Maybe next year.
Cool video Joe! That on the fly pastrami sammy with fries looked savage!🤘
Love it! Such a fun event
Joe thanks! Interesting to see your perspective in comparison to how Brad covered it. This is great that Chicago does an event like this and attracts top pitmasters from all around the country. Many people would otherwise never get the chance to try bbq from such top places like Truth and Leroy & Lewis. Wish I could see videos of everyone navigating Chicago traffic with 1,000 gallon pits. Maybe you and Brad could recreate the car chase seen from the Blues Brothers but with 1,000 gallon pits! Just pay the Chicago police department with your bbq!😂
Mad scientist 👋🏼
Looks like an amazing event, wish we had something that size in the UK
Great to see you there! Keep up the good work.
Best way to utilize a WSM please!

Looks like a blast! Great video! Did you see anyone running Primitive Pits?
Awesome video! I think we need a video breaking down how they made that crispy smoked pork belly. I need that in my life.
Joe ..Love your content and you have giving me so much knowledge..But I had to turn off the video after the first 10 seconds due to the guy f'ing and using God's name in vain I could not take it..Hope all is well, and look forward to Your content..
