บางทีผมก็อยากได้ บรรยากาศ สเต็กในวัยเด็ก สมัย 30 กว่าปีที่แล้วนะ ไปกินที่เวิลด์เทรด(เซ็นทรัลเวิลด์ปัจุบัน) เสต็กเนื้อ แบบ Medium well ในจานกระทะร้อน มีเฟรนช์ฟราย ผัก และก็น้ำเกรวี่ ใส่พริกไทยอ่อน มันก็ได้บรรยากาศไปอีกแบบอ่ะ และจิ้มกับซอสมะเขือเทศบวกกับความหอมเนยแม่มยิ่งอร่อย 😂😂😂😂
เนื้อดี+ซอสมะเขือเทศ ยิ่งอร่อยขึ้นไปอีก5555

เป็นไปได้นะ เพราะมะเขือเทศในธรรมชาติมีสารอูมามิ หรือที่เรียกว่า MSg อยู่เยอะ อบไปด้วนกัน ก็น่าจะซึมเข้าไปบ้าง ส่วนที่ข้นๆไม่ซึมเข้าไปใน้วลาอันสั้นก็เช็ดออก เห็นปล้วอยากลองเลย คิดว่าต้องอร่อยมากแน่ๆ
เคยเห็นต่างชาติทำแบบนี้นะ เขาบอกอร่อย😂
ขอถามหน่อยครับ ถ้าหากเราซื้อเนื้อมาจาก ร้านหรือห่าง เราต้องล้างเนื้อไหมครับ ถ้าล้างแล้วรสชาติจะเสียป่าว หรือ มีวิธีล้างเนื้อให้เสียรถชาติน้อยที่สุด
หนูชอบเอาผงมาม่าต้มยำมาละลายแล้วก็แช่เนื้อไว้ หนู่าอร่อยเลยแหละ กลายเป็นสเต๊กรสต้มยำงี้เลย🤣
กลิ่นเหมือนลาซานญ่าเลยครับ
