The sub titles say nectarine peel but it is infact dried orange peel if you do not understand Cantonese.
I ve just cooked it. I was surprised at how good it turned out. Though the skin was slightly burnt the meat was tender and tasty. I didn't even need to dip in the gravy. Wow, I ll be cooking this very often because it s so easy. Thanks for sharing!
