In the video you said bay leaves but in the description you have curry leaves which is it ? I have both ! You also just have salt in the description but in the video I was able to catch it is equal part to the ground spices .
Boom, boom … That's one for tonight … It's great when you have all the ingredients already!. Thanks a million. Liked and subscribed โ๐ฝโ
I prefer to cook my onions down a fair bit more till soft and golden…also whole spices at the beginning seemed to be burning
Wow that looks great!! I make lots of Indian food and it looks like you have a bit of knowledge when it comes to indian food!
I'll never forget first seeing this version. I thought, "That's the same version my Punjabi ex-girlfriend taught me! I mean,.like exactly! Except just before the final simmer, she would add sliced discs of yams laid across the top and a handful of cashews.. otherwise, it's the same thing and it was AMAZING!! Now I can make it again and share it with my new girlfriend!! Hahaha ๐ Eat your heart out, Pritpal !!
I love watching all your cooking programmes I absolutely love Indian food you're one of the best Indian chefs I've ever seen
Perfect ๐
Nice man. Never know what garlic/ginger paste is or how to equate that to the fresh cloves tho??
When did you add curry leaves?
Thank you for this recipe, ๐๐๐
Looks good i havenโt made this for ages. Thanks for reminding me and thanks for the lovely recipe.
Itโs an easy student meal it seems. Cheers from California.
Wow.. it looks really so delicious. Even Iโm gonna try to cook it myself today at home & share with my brother & friends ๐ thanks bro for this wonderful video..
I did a vegan version with plant based meat. I didn't have all the spice ingredients but it came out good. Served with steamed potato
Nicely done! Going to try this on sunday
I make my rice at the same time. Once rice is done mince is done. So about 15mins. I also add in chopped tomatoes as its got more juice, plus red onions gives it a more authentic taste ๐
Too much comino
Made this for dinner today and it was DELICIOUS! I used coconut oil since I am On keto. My husband had it with rice, but I ate it by itself – topped with shredded cheese and a dollop of sour cream YUMMY. Leftovers is lettuce wraps.
This is really a good recipe and easy one too.. I tried this one for the first time and it came well.. All I did was I followed the video and used the same ingredients but at last after adding tomatoes I slow cooked by setting the stove to 2 (my stove has 6 levels) and cooked it for about 10-15 mins.. the taste was very delicious.. must try recipe for beginners…
May I add rice to this?
So easy .. thank you ๐
I thought beef was banned in India
Excellent video ๐
Without spices… i would like to try
Add oil to pan
Add cumin seeds, black mustard seeds and bay leaves. Stir for a few seconds.
Add chopped onions and ginger garlic paste and stir for 2-3 minutes.
Add minced meat and stir for 3-4 minutes.
Add salt, Kashmiri chili powder, cumin and turmeric powder in equal parts.
Stir in and cook on medium heat for 2 minutes then add fresh tomatoes and green chilies.
Cover and cook for 3-4 minutes to allow tomatoes to release moisture.
(If no moisture, add water.)
Add fresh cilantro
Optional to add garam masala at the end.
What is after the cumin seeds?thank u
