I work in a chop house and we get people asking for Pittsburg style and they donโt realize thatโs a raw filet seared fast blackened with zip sauce and then they get upset and send it back when they donโt know what they ordered. If you ever order this in a restaurant Iโm going to serve it to you seared raw plain and simple. If you donโt like it then send it back. Ugh I love my jobโฆ
