  1. Great job on your video post, I found if you use the vacuum function on this blender (depending on juicing or smoothie) you have less bubbles or foam and no separation at all with minor oxidation on the finished product.

  2. Loved the smoothie ideas! I did an amazing strawberry rhubarb smoothie this summer, using raw rhubarb, ice cubes, sugar free strawberry syrup, and vanilla protein powder from Idea Protein. I also like the Plexus protien powder.

  3. I am pretty plain in my tastes, just berries, fresh in season, whatever we have growing. If it's wintertime, I just take berries we've frozen and use those. I toss in a banana, cut up fresh pineapple as often as we can get it and some orange juice – that's it!

  4. Take 1 organic banana wash the outside of banana peel cut off the ends. Then cut banana with peel on it 4 chucks to fit in blender. Add 1 cup milk and 1 Tablespoon of honey. Then, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Five or six ice cubes. Blend all together and serve. A lot of vitamins in the peel! Excellent video looking forward to trying your smoothie recipes. Keep up the great job,

  5. I love making a strawberry yogurt milkshake and caramel ice cream with milk makes a refreshing shake in the summer. You’re one of the youtubers i adore and motivates me to do youtube as well. My goal is to be a stay at home mom.. 🤗

  6. That coffee one looks good!

My fave right now is a “shake” made with water, fresh kale/spinach blend, frozen pineapple and mango and I add a scoop of coconut oil too, it tastes like vacation! It’s not as thick as a true smoothie but I really love it!
