These look so yummy!! My favorite protein is the Plexus Lean protein powder.
Great job on your video post, I found if you use the vacuum function on this blender (depending on juicing or smoothie) you have less bubbles or foam and no separation at all with minor oxidation on the finished product.
Loved the smoothie ideas! I did an amazing strawberry rhubarb smoothie this summer, using raw rhubarb, ice cubes, sugar free strawberry syrup, and vanilla protein powder from Idea Protein. I also like the Plexus protien powder.
I made protein drinks when I was pregnant with my daughter and the MetRX powder was what I used. I found it on Amazon and there are flavor options like chocolate or vanilla.
Love the smoothies!! I do frozen raspberries, strawberries, pineapple, blueberries, banana, and a little bit of orange juice. I have a vita mixer and it does pretty good. Your blender does an awesome job!!
I like the lemon piece idea! Lemon is one of my favorites, but I never add it it.
I am pretty plain in my tastes, just berries, fresh in season, whatever we have growing. If it's wintertime, I just take berries we've frozen and use those. I toss in a banana, cut up fresh pineapple as often as we can get it and some orange juice – that's it!
These smoothies look so good!! My magic bullet totally quit on me the other day! I may need to check into one of these! 😁👍
Take 1 organic banana wash the outside of banana peel cut off the ends. Then cut banana with peel on it 4 chucks to fit in blender. Add 1 cup milk and 1 Tablespoon of honey. Then, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Five or six ice cubes. Blend all together and serve. A lot of vitamins in the peel! Excellent video looking forward to trying your smoothie recipes. Keep up the great job,
Yes!!! I am also glad to get the coconut tip! I love the tropical flavor, but never have seen any recipe that added coconut. ❤
I can’t remember the brand name but the big orange bottle of protein on Amazon is a good one.
Looks delicious!
I love the first smoothie !! I definitely need a blender for my mornings! I hope you can check our fam channel out when you get a chance!
My favorite is blue berry strawberry rasberry with spinach and banana with honey.
Great recipes! I never thought of adding coconut. I love coconut! Thank you! 🙂
I think I'm the only one in America who isn't into the smoothie or juicing thing but that does look like a nice blender 👍🏻
Yummy!
I love making a strawberry yogurt milkshake and caramel ice cream with milk makes a refreshing shake in the summer. You’re one of the youtubers i adore and motivates me to do youtube as well. My goal is to be a stay at home mom.. 🤗
That coffee one looks good!
My fave right now is a “shake” made with water, fresh kale/spinach blend, frozen pineapple and mango and I add a scoop of coconut oil too, it tastes like vacation! It’s not as thick as a true smoothie but I really love it!
