Never tried one but I will now
Who's up fearing their jicama
It might be good with fermenting.
Jicama is so good! Sometimes on the salad bar in elementary school! Sometimes you can get a funky tasting one when buying, don’t base like off of that one. Texture is like a pear just hard like carrot, seems like it’d be dry but has high water content! So good on hot days!
One of our favorites but frequently run into fibrous ones that aren't good.
This is an awesome vegetable that absolutely does not get a fair shake, in North america. It has a texture similar to an apple, and a flavor somewhat like freshly picked Garden sweet peas, only it's awesome stuff!
Papaya salad is 🔥 & I even substitute papaya with jicama omg is great but still can't beat it
best childhood snack with lots of lime juice salt and ground red pepper 😊😊
The first time I had jicama was in a garden salad. It was delicious. I just don't always find it. I will start looking for it.
This is an awesome vegetable.
I’ve always thought of jicama as the halfway point between an apple and a potato
I love love jicama
