  2. So the cheeks are just seared and sealed on the grill, finished in the braise…Lovely.
    It would be better with a talk through of what you guys did but ok.
    Also, Beef loves tomato…and those red onions would be better in strips, and to really ramp up the flavor, something richer and to do a sit down version of this, you could braise in a strong fruity red wine, a Shiraz or something and homemade beef stock/broth… 50/50 making sure to get it to the boil quickly first, then low and slow…
    Beef cheeks really do get overlooked and they shouldn't be! Nice one gentleman.

  3. Funny thing guys I don't believe I've ever eaten Beef Cheek. I've had Lengua (aka Beef Tounge) sounds like I'm going to have to find me an Old Mexcial cook around these Parts here in Texas that will be fixing to make some so that I may try some.
