white chocolate: 100 g (3.5 oz)
orange juice: 200 ml (6.8 fl oz)
lemon zest: 5 g (0.2 oz)
orange peel: 5 g (0.2 oz)
Additionally
honey: 30 g (1.1 oz)
ice cubes: 70 g (2.5 oz)
