Alia’s Mac & Cheese
2 tbsp Butter
1 tbsp All Purpose Flour
1 cup Milk
Salt, Pepper & a pinch of nutmeg
1/2 cup Grated Cheese
1/2 cup Macaroni (cook it in boiling water)

– Do not over cook the pasta if you are baking the Mac & cheese
– Baking is optional, you can always avoid it & simply microwave it to melt cheese on top or skip that too
