I've been cautious using apples in a blender didn't think it would work.

My Own Apple Smoothie Recipe:
1/2 ripe apple
1/2 banana
1 tbs Greek yogurt
1/4 cup coconut milk (Silk Brand is my own preference)
1/2 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk (Again, Silk Brand)
1/4 tsp cinnamon
pinch of ginger powder
4 frozen stawberries
4 drops Stevia liquid extract ( or about 1 tbs sugar)..or to taste
Blend and enjoy!! I put Greek yogurt in ALL my smoothies!
I even use it as sour cream lol
You can cook with it too.
