I spent the weekend at @MeatstockFestival with Oklahoma Joe’s Smokers.
They had the new Marshall, Fire Craft and their new preparation bench there which you’ll see in the video. They should be available in Australia around June/July 2024! So stay tuned on the Low n Slow Basics website for the launch!
Now Meatstock has so much more to offer than what I captured, they also have bands, pro bull riding, strong man competitions, cooking demos, butcher wars, “best mullet” competitions, tattoo stands, “sweet stock”, competition BBQ and so much more!
Definitely head to a Meatstock if you get the opportunity, it’s a BBQ’ers dream!
I even had the opportunity to meet the UFC Featherweight GOAT @AlexVolkanovskiOfficial ! Hopefully we can make a YouTube collab happen one day.

I recently bought a Marshal and only have a couple of cools in. I think OKJ has really under-promoted the Marshal in favor of hyping up the Tahoma. It gives me the space of my Rider DLX, the direct flavor of my Bronco Pro, and the grilling capability of my Judge. Love it. Looking forward to lots of Marshal content on your channel.

I have learned to cook a chuck roast on a 22" charcoal grill using the snake method. It takes 6-8 hours, but it comes out like a brisket but using a much smaller piece of meat.
Volkanovski's an absolute legend! Looks like a fun time.
