Ain’t nothing like some barrel smoked ribs for Father’s Day. 4.5 hours a 200-225. A blend of Kendrick’s BBQ Riub and some Traeger Honey Bourbon or something like that. Followed by with 1.5 hours wrapped soaking in that honey and brown sugar with a little bit of “I can’t believe it’s not butter” spray to help liquify that brown sugar.
