  2. You can bake these in your microwave oven in ten minutes on full power. Use a glass pie plate and put them around the edge of the pan in a circle and cover with waxed paper or other cover of your choice. If you set a small custard cup upside down in the center of the pie plate, all the grease from the meat will rise up inside the cup. When done, remove them carefully without bumping the cup. we make about 6 loaves out 1.5 lbs of meat. We mix it all up in the pan it cooks in, so that reduces the number of dishes that need to be washed.

  3. Since we are empty nesters I make all my meatloaves in a mini loaf pan. I make the mixture and place it into the mini loaf pan and set in the freezer to set it up. When they are sturdy enough I pop them out and place two of them in Food Saver bags and seal them up. No waste and I never have leftovers. I loaf = 1 serving. So I just open the freezer and look when my husband suggests meatloaf for dinner. Quick and easy! 😊

  4. I love using a large ice cream scoop for my mmmmmmmmeatloaf cups, they also freeze great! So on the days you don’t want to cook, take a few mmmmmmmmeatloaf cups out in the morning, defrost in the fridge & ta da dinner ☺️ Your’s looks delicious, thanks for sharing
