I did a similar concept using some different flavors for New Years Day feast. I used the leftover rice from Hoppin' John and some roasted cabbage steak chopped up. Also added a splash of Lane's BBQ 'Itsa Vinegar' sauce. Full win

Looks solid! Sesame oil is super potent, I'd definitely use less, then add more to you all's taste.
Needs some knorr chicken seasoning amd grilled corn kernels at a minimum. Bjt to make it next level, mix the soy and sesame oil with a touch of bbq sauce then add that as one. What was shown is a very basic and boring fried rice
