  1. I make the dough, roll it into the 45-50 gram balls, freeze them before the final rise and then you have dinner rolls ready to go whenever you want. Also, a jalapeño cheese sausage roll would be really good.

  2. Can u mention the binder you used on this. I’m pretty unfamiliar with making sausage but looking to learn. But can’t seem to make out what it is u used. Thanks man. Love the content

  3. Chud"s Sausage Rolls sounds like a place that should be in every dang town and they should make thousands upon thousands of them badass Sausage Rolls. I would start every day of my life there as well!!

  4. How timely. I just made sausage kolache's this week using cut up leftover Texas style sausage from your recipe. Turned out great! I'm going to try your dough recipe, as the one I found is super sticky, and I have to keep adding flour to it.

  5. The fact that you can’t get a “good” Czech style klobasnek in most places around Austin and Georgetown is real sad. I grew up in and around Shiner and every little bakery and gas station has kolaches and klobasneks available. It’s wonderful

  6. As a Texan peaches r in and I made a peach/jalapeño brown sugar bbq sauce but you do you. Used it on some HEB chicken breast that I salt brined in frig that I forgot to rinse off but gall dang it was good with the bbq sauce. And Brad soak yellow tail in Italian dressing over nite n grill, amazing.

  7. A ceiling fan in your cook area would definitely help with the flies. Im an electrician, and would love to help Chuds out. I'd be traveling from Alabama, though. Won't charge for my labor. But a chudbox sure would help compensate some gas….
