Deep Fried Deviled Eggs – The Best Easter Side

Deviled Eggs were a staple for my family while I was growing up. Whether my Mom or Grandmother’s were making them, I was eating as many as they would let me. I love the pickle twang in that egg mixture.

Deep Fried Deviled Eggs is a twist on a southern classic. This one of the most delicious recipes on meatchurch.com. Not only do we deep fry the eggs, but we also add pickled jalapeños and a touch of hot sauce. Don’t worry, these do not come out “hot” or too spicy.

Pro Tip: These do not store well as they get soggy. Not that there will be any leftover.

  2. I love these but my wife will not allow me in the bed room after eating them. So needless to say I don't get to eat them alot

Now for all you Bear hunters out there shredded black bear meat is awesome on these gut grenades

  3. Alright, I know the part about "they don't store well." And I agree they would be best eaten right after they're filled will the mixture. But how about if they're fried, then filled and assembled, and transported to a dinner just 90 minutes away. Still too long of a wait, or…???

  4. I add diced roasted garlic, bacon bits and cheese to my filling. Then, after they are all piped, I toss a little cheese on top and throw under the broiler to melt it. You can also add a little horseradish to it.
