1.5 tablespoon – Ragi/nachni/finger millet flour
1 cup – Water
1 cup – Milk(use any milk of your choice)
20 – Almonds, soaked overnight and peel off
5 – Dates, seeds removed
1 teaspoon – Chia seeds
3 tablespoon water for soaking chia seeds

For Garnish (choose your choice of nuts & seeds)
Seeds – pumpkin seeds, melon seeds, sunflower seeds
Nut – Cashew nuts
