    Quick question. How many kilos of meat is that in your demo. Cooling Gyros this weekend for 20 peeps. Ordered 7kg mix lamb and beef and wondering is that should be enough.

  2. Loving this… I'm a High School Teacher in a rural area of NSW and i'm looking at a program to engage our boys (and girls) and I think this might be something we could do… I'll be looking for some sponsorship from butchers and local BBQ suppliers I think!

  4. Awesome presentation, I’ve ordered a fair bit of your equipment, and after watching your YouTube vlog I just ordered the 22mm round gyros plates will I get the same result as the 10mm plates, we have a spit roast every week so healthy and delicious
