as an Italian sandwich perhaps it is too seasoned or we do not put 2 types of salami, the seasoning must also be right when putting sauces or cheeses, but it is very close to the Italian P-a-n-i-n-o
having said that, I think you can also send McDonalds to hell or those fast food chains that make you eat a small industrial brioche with cheap meat and condiments for 10 or 15 euros.
a P-a-n-i-n-o like that you could pay even 3 or 4 euros in Italy or in some areas of southern Italy.
