High-protein Chocolate Smoothie😍 It has 20G+ protein per serving! This smoothie is such a yummy snack idea! It’s super creamy and delicious🤩

Ingredients for two servings:
2 small frozen bananas
1 1/4 cup milk of choice (300 ml)
6 tablespoons (vegan) chocolate protein powder
2 pitted dates*
2 tablespoons unsweetened cacao powder
2 tablespoons peanut butter (I use a pb that is 100% made of peanuts)

1. Put all the ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth

* If you are on the elimination phase of the low-FODMAP diet, replace the dates with the maple syrup and be sure to use a firm bananas instead of a ripe ones☺️

  2. First, put some milk of choice, then put any fruit except for apple and papaya. Then if you want, you can put honey or maple syrup, and if you don’t want them put brown sugar. After that, you put a very little bit of protein powder, I put oziva protein powder. It’s a very good protein powder. And peanut butter also.

  4. This comes out to around 570 cals, 32g protein, 69g carbs, and 13g fat. By no means is this “high in protein.” Don’t get me wrong, it’s healthy, but if you make this don’t think that you’re getting much protein. This is a carb smoothie. The recipe also uses vegan protein, which isn’t as bioavailable as milk/animal protein due to it lacking in some of the nine amino acids.
