Yes, cooking a tomahawk at home can seem intimidating but it doesn’t have to be! It’s actually easier to cook a thicker and bigger cut of beef like this one than it is a thinner cut steak. It comes up to temperature slower and is much harder to overcook.

nope, this is not cooked well enough. You need an internal temperature of 120F. Even a little more would not hurt. This is a thick cut needs to be low and slow before you sear otherwise it will be chewy.

How did you cook that steak for that long and still be red? To roast that garlic for 45 minutes the spend the time to make the butter and then freeze that butter and then melt it over the steak? That thing had to be on the grill for 3 hours…
