Doritos Meatloaf
I love a meatloaf and this is one that utilizes Doritos and it tastes wonderful
You need:
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 onion chopped
1 tbsp taco seasoning
2 tsp oregano
2 tbsp Taco Bell mild sauce and more for topping
2 lbs ground beef
1 cup bread crumbs
3/4 cup crushed Doritos
2 eggs
1 cup cheese
