Learn how to refurbish or rebuild or refurbish a bbq grill. In this case, it is a Members Mark grill. Same process no matter what your brand is. This should show you that a rebuild of your BBQ Grill may be better than buying a new one. This is basically a complete restoration project. We replaced the burners, the ignitors, the flame diffusers and the grates or grill area.

At the end, you will see me using a product to clean the stainless steel. Here is a link to that barkeepers friend product.

Doing this now for my Dyna-Glo which is 8 years old. You got a heck of a deal. Don't believe in extended warranties and this certainly proved me wrong.
Just restored my DCS BBQ grill: https://youtu.be/kE7PQMO1uNU
I have a Members Mark grill. The lights behind the knobs do not work. Is there a fuse?
great video!!!! we are going to try contacting manufacturer and take it from there. Thanks!
Any idea how to fix where the tubes attach? Mine rusted out . The little medal parts where the clips go
Nice job!!! Mine needs to be refurbished but is so old the parts are no longer available.
So after 3 years you have to change the grill you can’t just clean them? And my bbq got a littl rusty and got a hole next the burner why can i dot to fixe it ? Because of it i can put my reflective shield
Its a shame you didn't do it properly, and sand blast all the crap off of the inside.
Nice job. Not sure I need to replace the burners but may as well maybe? Thanks
And grates for about $10, and ignitors you can get online somewhere probably for about $5. If you look around online for ANYTHING you can usually find it cheaper now.
You can buy heat plates for $3 for 3 of then at hellmart. Lol
replaced the thermometer before your poured water all over the grill. That was not using your noggin.
good video.
but instead of spending $500 plus a protection plan…….You could buy a grill like yours in used condition for next to nothing. (I've gotten them FREE) Then spend $100 to fix like you did!
Seriously this is a beneficial video.
Has anyone experienced poor performance after replacing these components? Is there an air adjustment t one needs to be aware of?

Can you tell me where did you get those prices from for those parts. Because i went to home depot and everything is so expensive that its better to just buy a new grill. Now im talking about a $250 grill not a $500
Loved the video. Rebuilding a grill is fun. I am about to rebuild my little Weber Q1000.
Couldn’t you have used a pressure washer to clean it?
We do this with all of our gas grills, if we can find the parts! Believe it or not, for some brands of grills, finding compatible parts can be difficult. It really extends the life of your grill and your investment, great video! Thanks so much for sharing, Flannel Guy! Have a wonderful and blessed day —Stacy 😍❤
I really need to pay better attention with the warranty on products like these, because I know we need to replace a lot of parts, or just buy a new grill. 🤦🏻♀️ Great video! 🤗
Awesome video. The before looks a lot like my grill. I might need to do the same.
That's awesome that the protection plan came thru with the parts….no hassle….I've always had my doubts before. Looks great now!
Very nice. As you say like new!
Sweet! Nice job! I always get the warranty also, well worth it!
