Kala Jamun
(dough- 390 gms which gives 13 kala jamun weighing 30 gms each)
Ingredients:
For Sugar Syrup
Water (पानी) – 2½ Cups
Sugar (चीनी) – 5 Cups
Lemon, small (नींबू) – ½ No
Cardamom (इलायची) – 5-6 Nos
Rose Water (गुलाब जल) – 2 Tbsp
For Jamun Dough
Khoya (खोया) – 250 Gms
Paneer (पनीर) – 100 Gms
Sugar, powdered (पीसी हुई चीनी) – 2 Tsp
Baking Powder (बेकिंग पाउडर) – ½ Tsp
All purpose flour (मैदा) – 4 Tbsp
