Lemon, not lime lol.
Hereβs a stupid question (Iβm fairly new to air fryer cooking): did you thaw these frozen mackerel fillets before cooking them or did you cook them from frozen? Also, my air fryer (a Ninja) doesnβt seem to go below 300 degrees F so Iβll have to play around with it to get the cooking time right.
ABOUT THE lime part.DAMN, I can agree u more than that, I'D always pair up any FRIED dish like salmon,chicken,beef or whatever the lemon gives a natural aura and taste
TRY USING LIME LEAVES OR NEEM LEAVES THEY ARE REALLY GREAT FOR FLAVOUR AND CONSTAINS MINERALS
why not skin up?
I would have personally squeeze lemon or lime onto it first, black pepper, thyme, sweet peppers chop onions n garlic.
