I followed this recipe exactly, and it produced the chewiest and grossest piece of meat, so repulsive…YUCK!
I cook Smithfield loins in the oven all the time for breakfast, which produces meat that melts in your mouth…a far cry from what this "smoker" could do, oh the pellets burn half way out during the ignition process too (several times now).
Almost all the pellets I've found, may not state it on the package but, are mixed with oak. Who knows of pellets that state it's pure mesquite or whichever woods? The ones that doesn't state this all seem mixed with oak or even state they're mixed. Thanks for any help!
Family favorite is. So montane the smoke flavor was yummm
Oh my gosh!!! This was delicious!!! The rub and directions were great as well. The pork was moist/very juicy, tender, the rub was amazing as well. My entire family loved it and we will definitely have this again! The Woodfire Grill adds the right amount of smoke as well. The Ninja Grill is unbelievable and we use it every day. Thank you for all your videos and easy directions on your recipes. My husband and I check your videos out very often and have enjoyed several of your recipes!
Thank you for this Ninja Woodfire Grill recipe! Bought myself one for Christmas and have been looking for recipes, please do more! I've been following you for a couple of months now and have tried several of your recipes, so good.
I was looking at these yesterday, but I’m on the fence. I like the outdoor oven for making pizza. Wondering if the smoker grill could be used for this?
Thanks Louise, that is my next Ninja purchase. I always wanted one but watching you makes me want it even more. Yum❤
Thanks!
Thank you Louis for this video
