Ingredients
Pork: 800 gm.
Pig blood: 200 ml
Chilli powder: 1 tablespoon
Tomato: 2 nos.
Green chilli: 20 nos.
Salt: 1 ½ tablespoons /add as per taste
Ginger: 2 inches
Gloves of garlic: 10 nos.
Sichuan pepper: 1 tablespoon
Water: 600 ml of hot water/ add as per your constancy

  1. According to my experience adding blood at first cause lots of clumbings . Thats y i prefer adding it later at the end provided it is cooked well enuf ❤️❤️❤️..

  2. Most are talking about blood being raw if it's not cooked from the start but no. We used to cook the pork for half hour then put the pork on the bowl bt not the pork oil after that put the blood let the blood boil in the pork oil and make it look like a fry so that it doesn't smell raw and later cook together and it's done.
