Pork Rib Soup with Carrots and Corn is so simple to make. I modified my sister’s pork bone soup recipe by using pork ribs. The bone soup she made was richer because of the bone marrow while mine is lighter. You may try either. Enjoy!

pork ribs, 1 lb
2 carrots

  1. I worked at a Chinese restaurant for like 2 years and my bosses parents were the cooks and man I had some good authentic Chinese food and this was one of the soups on the menu I would always get it with less pork and more carrots and extra broth with a bowl of white rice. I’m glad I came across this because I would love to try and make it myself .
