  2. I enjoyed that. Last time I cooked with effort- I noticed my spices didn’t do anything- it didn’t enhance or lift a thing! (Taste) – so I am going to look for a good brand of spices.

  3. Greetings from Monterey, CA!! Thanks for tip regarding cleaning the spice (coffee) grinder! I tossed my very first one due to not being able to clean well. I'm marathoning all ATK videos!! Great work!! Thanks again!! 🙂👍

  4. This is an excellent video but I have issues with two things. The stems have so much flavor on mild herbs like parsley. In fact, it’s where most of the flavor on the plant is. Two what dried herbs and spices are you using?! The ones from the supermarket have likely gone from warehouse to warehouse before they land in your kitchen and have no flavor. When I switched to Penzeys I was amazed at the difference in flavor. Unbelievable. It’s like they grow the herbs and spices themselves and then flash dry them before sending them to you. You can taste the plant. Amazing!
