  1. So about 800-900 cal or a sandwich. If you aren't eating anything else with it but water or veg, and limit to 2 meals that dat then great! Little harsh on the cholesterol but gotta get that red meat in sometimes. 😊

  2. I’m not an American and you’re a better cook than I’ll ever be BUT whyyy don’t you guys ever put the seasoning into the ground beef? So that it’s seasoned from within. I imagine that might taste better
