Super Easy Smoked Beef Ribs #shorts



Who’s up for some beef back ribs? Not a whole lot of meat on them but super easy to make.

Worchestire for the binder and seasoned with @meatchurch Holy Cow, they hot the @biggreenegg indirect, 250 degrees for about 4 hours. Pulled off when they were probe tender, around 208-210 internal.

  2. The only way to get the good meaty ribs is to buy the whole rib roast. You can cut steaks in the thickness you prefer & then smoke the rib section you cut out from the steaks. Mesquite is my favorite wood to use when smoking beef (ribs & brisket). Mesquite is also best when used on chicken.
