why would u put rice. the burrito shell is the carbs. just get some good pico and salsa roja with cilantro from the mexican grocery store (not american). i do like the beans idea for health reasons. white beans are also super healthy.
I should try this if I ever made burritos again. If you want sour cream or guacamole on a burrito, it's best to spread a little on the tortilla first and then add the other toppings.
