  1. If you didn’t have garlic and herbs in there would you want to use that oil to as well ? I do ground beef for food prep every week in my cast iron skillet . Sear off 3 lbs on the grill direct heat / remove the meat /add onions till translucent /add my dry seasoning no herbs / deglaze with a bottle of negro modello/ Re add the meat and put on indirect heat on my barrel smoker, grill. Sorry for the long message here. Curious on your opinion.

  2. I used white vinegar and it evolved into something insanely good. I never had my taste buds punched like that before. My head went back and i blacked out for a moment, when i came to contious-ness i was standing and said “woah”
