My mom usually ordered well done and my dad ordered medium. I was usually clingy to my mom so im guessing thats why. What does KWIM mean anyway?
Maybe it was the way our parents ordered it/ate it…We kinda do what we know. KWIM?

I don't like rare either but a nice pink steak, not bloody, just pink. The flavor is so amazing and it is so much more juicy than a well done steak.

uh no, he said that start off with 2 lbs of sirloin and that should make about 4 burgers; so you're looking at 1/2 lbs burger when raw. When they cook, they'll shrink a little.
