This dish is super close to my heart. One of my favorite dish that my Daddy cooks for me. It is my comfort food. It is rich and savory and that seafood flavor will take you home. Great recipe! Although I don’t use margarine, I use extra virgin olive oil (preferably cold pressed) for the Mediterranean flavor.
